Develops, manages, and implements solutions in Women, Youth and Vulnerable Communities (WYVC) with a focus on Youth and Trade, supporting entrepreneurship and employability for young people in developing countries.
A minimum of seven years (9 years with a first level degree) of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, administration or related area is required. Experience in working in developing country context including in African and Latin America is desirable. Experience working with promotion of trade for youth-led, women-led businesses, and other underrepresented groups is desirable. Experience designing large trade-related technical assistance projects is desirable.
Advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in business administration, management, international trade or a related field. A first-level university degree in the above subjects combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
