Overview
This position is responsible for contacting TLP Participants regarding outstanding debt or paid-in-full loans, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines and IOM principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outreach calls to Participants with overdue accounts.
- Review and enter data in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to general account inquiries via phone or email.
- Explore repayment options with Participants.
- Perform skip tracing techniques to locate parties.
- Prepare and distribute repayment letters.
- Support Participants with TLP WebPortal questions and registration.
- Uphold RMM Protection Mainstreaming Minimum Standards.
- Alert supervisor to safeguarding or protection concerns.
Required Experience
- At least three years of relevant professional experience with a University Degree.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience with a high school diploma.
- Working experience in office management/ Accounting/Bookkeeping.
- Working experience in billing and collections is an advantage.
- Working experience in USRAP Travel Loan Program a distinctive advantage.
Qualifications
- University Degree from an accredited academic institution.
- Completed high school diploma from an accredited academic institution.
