Provides information to participants and pensioners on participation, entitlements, and benefits. Processes and audits pension benefits, and prepares manual benefit calculations.
A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in employee benefits administration or related area is required. The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced to five (5) for candidates who possess a first-level university degree or higher. Two (2) years or more of experience processing high volume of complex cases and competing priorities, involving pension calculations, benefit entitlements, pension adjustments, and multi-currency transactions, and meeting strict operational deadlines with accuracy and attention to details is desirable. Two (2) years or more of experience in supporting system enhancements, digital transformation initiatives, or process improvement projects is desirable. Two (2) years or more of experience in drafting professional correspondence in English and French is desirable. One (1) year or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent.
