The incumbent will be responsible for implementing return and reintegration components for the Protection Programme with a focus on protection-centred case management in Cameroon.
Experience in the thematic area of countering human trafficking, exploitation, and gender-based violence, and especially case management / reintegration / livelihoods pillar. Familiarity with return and reintegration activities that IOM does globally and/or in Cameroon. Experience in liaison and cooperation with governmental authorities, UN partners and NGOs, as well as other internal and external stakeholders. Exposure to emergency responses and work related to internal displacement. Previous work experience in IOM or a UN agency is preferable.
High School Degree/Certificate with four years of professional work experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Political Science, Education, Law and International Relations or related field from an accredited academic institution with at least two years of relevant work experience.
