The Deputy Bookshop Manager will support the Shop Manager in motivating teams, creating a safe and energised work environment, and ensuring high standards and accountability for the business. The role involves empowering volunteers to take over most tasks within the shop.
Key Responsibilities
- - Support development and maintenance of successful, inclusive and diverse teams.
