Overview
Support the provision of water and sanitation services and the construction and rehabilitation of WaSH facilities, water pump stations, ensuring they are completed to the agreed specifications and within the agreed project timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the provision of water and sanitation services.
- Support the construction and rehabilitation of WaSH facilities and water pump stations.
- Ensure facilities are completed to agreed specifications and within project timeframes.
- Ensure maintenance of built facilities.
- Participate in assessments as required.
- Work closely and effectively with the Oxfam WaSH partner organisation.
- Ensure technical staff have the needed capacity to deliver in high quality.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer/office.
- Experience in field and site projects.
- Ability to manage teams.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to issue concise reports.
- Ability to reflect on problems with possible solutions.
