The role involves leading the design, implementation, and improvement of logistics coordination mechanisms, assessing capacities, and coordinating external logistics services for humanitarian partners.
5+ years post graduate professional experience in supply chain coordination and management, preferably with UN agencies or INGOs. Proven record in managing teams and coordinating external service delivery. Knowledge of cost-recovery modalities, service provision frameworks, and inter-agency coordination. Experience in reform design, workflow optimization, and accountability mechanisms. Familiarity with UN supply chain and financial procedures and humanitarian coordination mechanisms (Logistics Cluster, HCT).
University degree in International Relations, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or Accounting or other relevant field.
