Overview
The role is responsible for coordinating vocational orientation courses and supporting the integration of individuals with migration experience into the labor market.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of vocational orientation courses in close cooperation with cooperation partners, multipliers, and networks
- Logistical and administrative planning of vocational orientation courses and ensuring content alignment and course execution
- Support in overarching program design and strategic further development of vocational orientation offers
- Content design and organization of target group-specific events and workshops to promote labor market integration
- Guidance of two project referents and support of employees in implementing measures and their professional development
- Accompanying the monitoring and evaluation of vocational orientation courses and acting as a contact person for sub-project partners regarding impact measurement
- Close cooperation with sub-project partners for the implementation of measures in Halle and surrounding districts
- Participant recruitment through analog and digital target group outreach, including the creation of outreach materials, website presences, and social media posts
Required Experience
- At least two years of experience in advising and supporting job seekers, particularly in the labor market integration of people with migration experience.
- Experience in leading training courses and workshops.
Qualifications
• Completed university degree or comparable qualification in the fields of pedagogy, social pedagogy, adult education, social work, or psychology.
