Contribute to and be responsible for the design, management, monitoring, and evaluation of evidence-based, inclusive, and innovative Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) strategies in support of the country programme.
A minimum of two years of progressively responsible professional experience is required in Social and Behaviour Change (SBC), communication for development, or social development programme planning and implementation. Candidates should demonstrate experience in designing or implementing evidence-based SBC interventions, working with communities and partners to address behavioural and social barriers, and contributing to programme monitoring and reporting in multi-sectoral contexts. Strong understanding of SBC principles is required, including the ability to identify priority behaviours, analyse behavioural drivers, and support the design of SBC strategies and community engagement approaches; and any other related fields. Skills in behavioural analysis, evidence generation, SBC strategy design, community engagement, stakeholder coordination, and resource mobilization are required.
A university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a social and behavioral science, including sociology, social work, educational studies, anthropology, communication studies/communication for development, psychology and/or related field is required.
