Overview
Provide administrative and logistical support for project activities and general office support services to ensure the smooth functioning of an organizational unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for project activities.
- Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation.
- Maintain calendar/schedules and monitor changes.
- Review, record, route and/or process mail or other documents.
- Receive phone calls and visitors, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain files and databases.
- Update and maintain distribution lists and assemble documents for dissemination.
- Perform basic data entry and extraction functions.
- Perform administrative duties such as leave recording, meeting organization, reservations, and office supply orders.
- Prepare and/or process administrative requests/documents.
- Photocopy documents and operate office equipment.
- Deliver urgent mail/messages.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparation of presentations and reports.
- Assist with visualizations and updating information material.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
At least two (2) years of experience in general office support or related area is required. The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced to zero (0) for candidates who possess a first-level university degree or higher. One (1) year or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
