Associate Project Officer (Security) contributes to strengthening responses to hate crimes and the security needs of at-risk communities by facilitating and co-ordinating project outputs.
At least 4 years (2 years with relevant second-level university degree) of relevant professional experience in the field of human rights, anti-discrimination, and/or hate crime/security; Demonstrated experience in implementing and developing projects, in particular donor-funded projects; Proven experience of organizing training workshops, with experience of supporting the training of criminal justice and civil society actors; Proven experience of working with state authorities and representatives of diverse communities.
Minimum first-level university degree in human rights, international relations, development studies or education.
