The Civil Engineer will manage and supervise infrastructure works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, while adhering to HSSE and PSEAH requirements.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, structural works, construction technology, construction supervision and monitoring, or related areas. Desirable experience includes working in multicultural environments or UN system organizations in a developing country, and experience in development or humanitarian contexts.
University degree (Bachelor's/Licenciatura/Engineering) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or related fields. Must have professional eligibility in Panama. A Master's degree or equivalent in the aforementioned disciplines or related fields is desirable. A recognized professional certification is desirable.
