Overview
This role supports the implementation of standardized logistics and supply chain activities to ensure the effective delivery of goods and services. The position involves assisting with operations, managing contracts, and contributing to data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of logistics and supply chain support operations and activities.
- Help order and deliver goods and supplies to authorized partners and sites.
- Assist in managing contractual activities of logistics service providers.
- Respond to technical questions and requests for assistance.
- Contribute to the establishment, monitoring, and revision of budgets.
- Assist in supervising inventory management operations.
- Help manage the quality and integrity of product accounting data.
- Support supply chain analysis, assessments, and operational planning.
- Process documentation related to logistics operations.
- Collect and consolidate data, and prepare or contribute to reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage logistics operations.
- Provide guidance to other support staff.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics.
- Experience with internal systems for tracking shipments, supplies, claims, and food stocks.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience evaluating service provider performance against key performance indicators.
- Experience assisting in the establishment of contractual documents.
- Experience providing technical assistance for the use of internal systems.
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education.
- Post-secondary diploma in logistics is desirable.
