Provide specialist advice, analytics, and contributions to integrated supply chain operations to ensure the design of an effective and integrated supply chain approach for a national hot school meals programme.
At least 8–10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations design, or related fields, including a minimum of 5 years providing senior technical or advisory support. Proven experience designing, implementing, or strengthening end-to-end supply chain and service delivery systems. Experience in institutional catering, hospitality, airline catering, large-scale food service operations, school feeding, healthcare, or comparable sectors is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in costing, financial modelling, and analysis of operational and supply chain solutions. Experience managing or advising on procurement strategies, supplier engagement, contracting modalities, and performance management of service providers. Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards is highly desirable. Experience supporting large-scale public sector, food systems, nutrition, school feeding, or social protection programmes is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience working with government counterparts and contributing to policy, strategy, or operational guidance at national or sub-national level.
Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A first-level degree with additional relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree.
