Overview
The Senior Technician (ICT System) will be responsible for providing effective Information Communications Technology (ICT) system repair and maintenance services, as well as ICT Hardware Asset Management.

Required Experience
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline (such as Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering) with 2 years post-related experience; or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience
- Experience configuring network hardware, routing protocols, and switches
- Understanding of communication protocols (TCP/IP) and network troubleshooting techniques utilizing complex test equipment
- Hands-on experience of hardware installations and third line maintenance of communication and core network infrastructure systems
