Overview

Responsible for overseeing fleet operations, transportation, asset management, and warehouse functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain support.


Key Responsibilities

Managing fleet maintenance, vehicle allocation, transportation services, customs clearance, fleet safety and compliance, asset lifecycle management, inventory control, warehouse operations, stock monitoring, and distribution processes. Ensures optimal utilization of organizational resources, accurate record keeping, timely reporting, and adherence to safety, security, and inventory management standards while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support program delivery.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Logistics & Supply Chain management, with at least 3 years on senior-level experience in warehouse, asset, customs clearing, and fleet not necessarily gained in an NGO /INGO.

Qualifications

Education at BA Degree level or equivalent study in fields such as Supply Chain Management/Logistics Management/ Business Administration, or a related field of study.
