Oxfam is seeking a Program Quality Knowledge Management Coordinator to lead on programme quality, learning, development, organisational management, compliance, communication, and representation.
At least 6 years of experience in managing complex programs. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and programmes. Experience in working in multi-sectoral programmes and ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and deadlines. Demonstrable understanding and direct experience of long-term development, humanitarian and/or campaigns and advocacy workpreferably at management level. Evidence of leadership of impact assessment processes within an INGO or other institution. Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering successful training and staff development initiatives and in coaching teams. Experience of training staff and developing staff capacity. Experience of monitoring and managing budgets of several million pounds. Experience of establishing and using effective programme monitoring frameworks.
Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Project Planning or equivalent qualification. A Bachelor’s degree combined with relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications and significant experience of at least 10 years may be considered.
