Provides office support and administrative functions within the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Monrovia, Liberia.

- Provides secretarial, administrative and logistics support to meetings
- Assists in website maintenance
- Assists in preparing presentation materials
- Maintains calendars and schedules
- Performs data entry and extraction
- Reviews, records and processes mail
- Updates distribution lists
- Performs general administrative tasks
- Maintains files and databases
- Assists with software and office equipment support
- Provides guidance to less experienced staff
- Assists with data collection, analysis and presentation
- Assists with visualizations and updating information material
Experience Requirements
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in general office support or related area is required. The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced to one (1) for candidates who possess a first-level university degree or higher. At least one (1) year of administrative experience within the United Nations Common System or similar international organization is desirable. At least one (1) year of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable. Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Umoja is desirable.
Qualification Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
