- Leads technical analysis and refinement of asset, fleet, and inventory management processes
- Supports application of policies and procedures across Field Offices
- Leads development of specialized technical guidance, tools, and process improvements
- Monitors adherence to regulatory and procedural requirements
- Oversees technical configuration, data integrity, and functional performance of management systems
- Leads technical assessments and proposes functional enhancements
- Coordinates with ICT, Field Offices, and system focal points
- Leads technical development and refinement of risk-based monitoring tools, dashboards, and analytical models
- Conducts advanced data analysis and validates inputs
- Coordinates with CSSD units and Field focal points
- Leads technical execution of compliance and internal control reviews
- Prepares technical recommendations and mitigation options
- Coordinates follow-up of audit observations
- Develops specialized training materials and delivers technical capacity-building sessions
- Conducts technical skills gap analysis
- Facilitates knowledge sharing and provides technical coaching
- Oversees technical monitoring of asset and inventory lifecycle management processes
- Leads consolidation and validation of asset and inventory information
- Coordinates preparation, review, and submission of cases to the HQ Property Survey Board
- Leads advanced fleet performance analysis
- Provides technical guidance to Field Offices on fleet procedures
- Provides technical guidance and day-to-day supervision to junior and mid-level staff
- Allocates tasks, reviews technical outputs, and mentors team members
