Overview

Leads technical analysis and refinement of asset, fleet, and inventory management processes. Monitors adherence to policies and procedures, and oversees system performance.


Tasks Summary
  • Leads technical analysis and refinement of asset, fleet, and inventory management processes
  • Supports application of policies and procedures across Field Offices
  • Leads development of specialized technical guidance, tools, and process improvements
  • Monitors adherence to regulatory and procedural requirements
  • Oversees technical configuration, data integrity, and functional performance of management systems
  • Leads technical assessments and proposes functional enhancements
  • Coordinates with ICT, Field Offices, and system focal points
  • Leads technical development and refinement of risk-based monitoring tools, dashboards, and analytical models
  • Conducts advanced data analysis and validates inputs
  • Coordinates with CSSD units and Field focal points
  • Leads technical execution of compliance and internal control reviews
  • Prepares technical recommendations and mitigation options
  • Coordinates follow-up of audit observations
  • Develops specialized training materials and delivers technical capacity-building sessions
  • Conducts technical skills gap analysis
  • Facilitates knowledge sharing and provides technical coaching
  • Oversees technical monitoring of asset and inventory lifecycle management processes
  • Leads consolidation and validation of asset and inventory information
  • Coordinates preparation, review, and submission of cases to the HQ Property Survey Board
  • Leads advanced fleet performance analysis
  • Provides technical guidance to Field Offices on fleet procedures
  • Provides technical guidance and day-to-day supervision to junior and mid-level staff
  • Allocates tasks, reviews technical outputs, and mentors team members

Experience Requirements
  • Experience in leading technical analysis and refinement of asset, fleet, and inventory management processes
  • Experience in monitoring adherence to policies and procedures
  • Experience in overseeing system performance and data integrity
  • Experience in developing risk-based monitoring tools and analytical models
  • Experience in conducting compliance and internal control reviews
  • Experience in developing training materials and capacity building
  • Experience in asset and inventory lifecycle management
  • Experience in fleet performance analysis
  • Experience in providing technical guidance and supervision to staff
