Overview
Manage and coordinate the activities of the Operations Coordination and Liaison Unit, ensuring efficient servicing of participants and retirees in accordance with Fund regulations and policies.
Tasks Summary
- Plan, manage, and oversee Unit activities, including Entitlements Workflows, data interfaces, and automation.
- Conduct data quality assurance and lead reconciliation initiatives.
- Serve as a focal point for member organizations, resolving queries and providing guidance.
- Support staff management, including work assignment, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and improve workflow and member organization performance reports.
- Develop new analytical and statistical reports using BI tools.
- Perform administrative functions and coordinate with other sections.
Experience Requirements
Expert knowledge in pension administration.
