Overview
To perform a range of HR tasks to support accurate implementation of WFP Human Resources policies and procedures and facilitate the effective functioning of a client-focused and strategy-oriented HR services.
Tasks Summary
- Analyze, monitor, adapt and respond to complex HR queries
- Initiate, coordinate and roll-out HR internal communication messages
- Prepare and provide accurate information, collating & analyzing data and producing reports
- Manage talent acquisition process for Area/Field offices
- Facilitate administration of written exams and interviews
- Manage delivery of effective on-boarding experiences
- Coach Managers and HR Focal points on Performance Management
- Ensure staff have job descriptions, ToRs and valid contracts
- Manage communication and administration of learning interventions
- Coordinate and manage database of staff leaves and absences
- Oversee maintenance of confidential personnel records, HR databases and archives
- Partake in HR oversight/support missions to satellite offices
Experience Requirements
At least three years of working experience in Human Resources management and development, administration, gained from reputable organizations.
Qualification Requirements
University Degree with additional years of related work experience in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Industrial /Organizational Psychology, or any other related field attained form a recognized institution.
