Support the delivery of professional, client-focused HR services, partnering with managers to implement HR solutions in line with WFP corporate priorities.
Tasks Summary
- Support HR operational activities or projects aligned to business needs
- Respond to queries from managers and staff regarding policies, procedures, systems and tools
- Administer conditions of service, contracts and entitlements
- Support staff capability building and onboarding activities
- Provide support in building talent within WFP
- Support organizational design activities
- Collate data and contribute to HR reporting
- Conduct data analysis under guidance
Experience Requirements
- One or more years of postgraduate professional experience in Human Resources with an interest in international humanitarian development
- Responded to standard, ad-hoc HR enquiries
- Provided coaching or training to new staff members
- Gained experience providing administrative and systems support across multiple activities in employment life cycle including: recruitment, interviews, training support, performance management, relocation support and policy implementation within a country office environment
Qualification Requirements
Advanced university degree in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or other relevant field, or First University degree with additional years of related work experience or trainings/courses
