Tasks Summary
- Reviews draft job openings and applicant eligibility
- Conducts reference verifications and prepares offers of appointments
- Maintains electronic roster for successful applicants
- Advises staff on HR policies and processes entitlements and benefits
- Monitors conditions of service and processes staff benefits
- Maintains personal status of staff and administers dependents entitlements
- Reviews and approves time and attendance requests
- Prepares documentation for health/life insurance and pension fund
- Conducts research and prepares responses to HR queries
- Assists with performance management and staff development
- Monitors staff related costs and expenditures
- Ensures post management is conducted in line with procedures
- Compiles and prepares statistical reports on HR areas
- Conducts exit interviews and assists with final arrangements
- Provides general office support services
- Initiates HR and financial transactions
- Trains and supervises new and lower-level staff
- Collects and analyzes HR data for presentations and reports
Experience Requirements
Experience in human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
