Provides assistance in support of planning and implementation activities for departmental programme/project initiatives. Researches, compiles, analyses, summarizes, and presents basic information/data on specific programmes/projects.

- Provides assistance in support of planning and implementation activities/processes for programme/project initiatives.
- Researches, compiles, analyses, summarizes, and presents basic information/data.
- Assists in the coordination of programme/project planning and preparation.
- Assists in the preparation and analysis of programme/project budget proposals.
- Assists in the monitoring and evaluation of programmes/projects.
- Assists in the selection and adjudication of grantees and management of grants.
- Researches, retrieves and presents information on supply, vendors, and products.
- Collaborates with programme/project managers on performance reporting.
- Drafts programme/project summaries and coordinates review and clearance processes.
- Serves as focal point for coordination, monitoring and expedition of programme/project implementation activities.
- Prepares, maintains and updates files and internal databases.
- Drafts correspondence and communications related to programme/project administration.
- Provides guidance and training to new/junior staff.
- Assists with the collection and analysis of data and preparation of data presentations and reports.
- Assists with visualizations and updating information material.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements
Experience in programme/project administration, implementation and evaluation, technical cooperation, programming and budgeting.
