Overview
Provide Finance services within the Country Cluster Delegation Office and lead Administration and Human Resource services delivery, ensuring trust and accountability with zero tolerance in fraud and corruption.
Tasks Summary
- Support financial planning, management, and monitoring of resources.
- Ensure IFRC internal control is maintained and transactions comply with procedures.
- Provide accounting services, recording financial transactions and posting them into the financial system.
- Receive supplier invoices, verify documentation, and process timely payments.
- Perform monthly review and reconciliation of Balance Sheets, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure monthly invoicing of services to Integrated Partner National Societies.
- Prepare and update contracts and commitments documents.
- Supervise reimbursable costs and analyse trends.
- Manage an efficient filing system with a high level of confidentiality.
- Submit financial statements and reconcile balance sheet items monthly.
- Run monthly exception reports to support account closing.
- Coordinate with National Societies for financial reports.
- Manage funds for programmes and operations.
- Process cash and bank payments and maintain monthly reconciliations.
- Monitor timely submission of forecasts and prepare cash requests.
- Ensure timely reporting and submission of draft invoices and Integration Agreements.
