The Social Policy Officer (Local Governance and Decentralization) will support programme development, implementation, and monitoring within the Social Inclusion Programme, focusing on decentralization, governance, accountability, and social protection in a humanitarian-development context.
A university degree in one of the following fields is required: Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, International Relations, Political Science, or another relevant technical field.
Languages Required: Fluency in French and good knowledge of English is required.
Languages Preferred: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) or local language of the duty station is considered as an asset.
