Education Officer

Overview

The Education Officer UNV will provide technical expertise in the assessment, implementation, and monitoring of education programs, working closely with local education authorities and implementing partners.

Tasks Summary

• Support programme development and planning through research, analysis, and report preparation.
• Manage, monitor, and deliver on programme results, including reporting on resource utilization.
• Provide technical and operational support for programme implementation, including field visits and partner support.
• Build and sustain partnerships with government counterparts and national stakeholders.
• Support innovation, knowledge management, and capacity building initiatives.

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience in programme planning, management, and/or research in education.
• Experience working in a developing country is considered an asset.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, sociology, or another relevant technical field.

Contract Duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
