The Public Information Intern will assist the Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict in New York with communications efforts to build awareness and support for advocacy work.
Applicants to the UN Programme are not required to have professional work experience.
Languages Required: fluency in English is required
Languages Preferred: Knowledge of another official UN language is an advantage
Contract Duration: 3 months with the possibility of an extension of 3 months

Remuneration: The internship is UNPAID. Interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions.
