Overview
This internship position supports the Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate by assisting in legal analysis and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing international, regional, and domestic legal instruments.
- Support the preparation of documents for meetings with Member States' Permanent Missions to the United Nations in New York, as well as for the organization of CTED meetings and seminars.
- Monitor relevant Security Council meetings and produce timely, concise briefing notes.
Qualifications
Applicants must be enrolled in or have completed a graduate degree programme in law (e.g. LLB, JD, LLM, PhD), international affairs, or political science.
