Overview
Responsible for the implementation of online communication activities for WHO Indonesia, including managing digital campaigns, social media, and website content. The role involves tracking misinformation and producing communication materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement online communication activities including website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other social media.
- Manage digital campaigns for WHO health days and UN health-related days.
- Design, review and revise social media and website content.
- Create, edit and produce video and photo content.
- Deploy scheduling and analytic tools to optimize social media channels.
- Review technical materials for communication principles and practice integration.
- Track false rumors and misinformation and prepare responses.
- Produce communication materials such as public information, brochures, leaflets, posters, radio and TV scripts.
- Provide input and participate in translation and adaptation of messaging for local context.
- Exchange information with internal and external counterparts.
- Ensure implementation of brand and corporate identity.
- Contribute to building internal communications capacity through training and workshops.
- Ensure timely and high-quality implementation of biennial workplans.
Required Experience
- Minimum one-year relevant experience in digital communications, social media, corporate communications, content management or other similar fields.
- Experience using a corporate/brand specific style guide and visual identity guidelines across different media platforms.
- Desirable: Experience in communication and social media work related to public health.
Qualifications
- Essential: Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, international relations or another similar discipline.
- Desirable: Master's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, international relations or another similar discipline.
