Overview
The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for maintaining and updating human resources records, drafting routine correspondence, and participating in recruitment and performance management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- - Checks and updates human resources records and files.
- - Drafts routine correspondence and prepares reports.
- - Assists in recruitment activities, including screening and interviews.
- - Manages personnel contracts and documents.
- - Enters data into the Human Resources Management (HRM) System.
- - Supports performance management activities.
- - Relieves counterparts in other HR teams.
Required Experience
At least 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources management or related administrative duties is required. At least 1 year practical experience is required.
Qualifications
- - Successful completion of full secondary education;
- - Two-year post-secondary diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related subject.
