Overview
The E T Consultant will monitor results, report to donors, ensure quality control of program tracking tools, support gender-focused reporting, conduct impact calculations, and contribute to knowledge dissemination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of the TFSP results monitoring framework by collecting, validating, and analyzing data.
- Ensure the TFSP tracking tool remains current, aligned with WTO TFA requirements, and accessible.
- Lead the preparation of the annual donor report by synthesizing program achievements, challenges, lessons learned, and financial highlights.
- Oversee quality assurance for the TFSP tracking tool that monitors country progress toward WTO TFA alignment.
- Support the team in producing four Trade Facilitation and Gender reports by analyzing gender-disaggregated data.
- Support the conduct impact assessments of trade facilitation projects.
- Help develop and share TFSP knowledge products.
Required Experience
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in trade facilitation, results monitoring, donor reporting, and gender analysis.
- Experience with The TFSP Tracking Tool implementation and methodology.
- Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills including experience in the international environment.
- Experience with World Bank reporting standards and tools (e.g., TFTT, TFA Diagnostic, WITS, TCData360) is highly desirable.
Qualifications
• Advanced degree in economics, international trade, public policy, or related field.
