Overview

The Assistant & Information Management (IM) Officer supports key IT processes within the Technology & Information (T&I) Division, focusing on administrative operations, communication, and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own the IT on/offboarding process.
  • Lead the IT consultant contract process.
  • Support the financial excellence team in managing invoices, purchase orders, reporting creation and automation.
  • Own email distribution lists.
  • Manage T&I internal and external communication.
  • Support CIO in managing agenda, travels, and expenses.
  • Manage logistics for internal workshops/events.
  • Act as a focal point for IM policies, providing training and support to staff.
  • Conduct compliance assessments within T&I.
  • Archive documents.
Required Experience
  • 5 years of working experience as an administrative assistant
  • Advanced knowledge of collaboration and file-sharing tools, such as SharePoint
  • Experience with exporting and analysing data, and building pivoting reports
  • Advanced BI Reporting and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good understanding of data source and report logic
  • Ability to learn to rapidly adopt ICRC internal tools, e.g., PowerBI, Power Apps, ServiceNow, AureDevOps
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in process automation and simplification
  • Continuous improvement
