Overview
The Assistant & Information Management (IM) Officer supports key IT processes within the Technology & Information (T&I) Division, focusing on administrative operations, communication, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the IT on/offboarding process.
- Lead the IT consultant contract process.
- Support the financial excellence team in managing invoices, purchase orders, reporting creation and automation.
- Own email distribution lists.
- Manage T&I internal and external communication.
- Support CIO in managing agenda, travels, and expenses.
- Manage logistics for internal workshops/events.
- Act as a focal point for IM policies, providing training and support to staff.
- Conduct compliance assessments within T&I.
- Archive documents.
Required Experience
- 5 years of working experience as an administrative assistant
- Advanced knowledge of collaboration and file-sharing tools, such as SharePoint
- Experience with exporting and analysing data, and building pivoting reports
- Advanced BI Reporting and Microsoft Excel skills
- Good understanding of data source and report logic
- Ability to learn to rapidly adopt ICRC internal tools, e.g., PowerBI, Power Apps, ServiceNow, AureDevOps
- Good communication skills
- Experience in process automation and simplification
