Overview

Support Federation-wide and IFRC Secretariat planning and reporting processes, focusing on tracking progress, ensuring compliance, and strengthening accountability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of Federation-wide unified planning and reporting processes.
  • Support the coordination of the IFRC Secretariat planning and reporting cycle.
  • Monitor the use of the ERP system for planning and reporting processes.
  • Track reporting timelines and deliverables across the IFRC Secretariat.
  • Support the Coordinator in following up with colleagues to ensure timely submission of plans and reports.
  • Contribute to improving planning and reporting processes.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required to support Federation-wide planning, monitoring and reporting.
Required Experience
  • Experience in Project Management, monitoring and evaluation and / or organizational development.
  • Demonstrated experience working in cross-cultural contexts and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in use of digital tools and platforms (Microsoft environment, data bases and AI powered tools).
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a university or equivalent level, or have graduated recently (normally within 1 year from the date of hiring) in an area that is compatible with the IFRC activities.
  • Degree in social sciences, international development, Public Administration, or related discipline.
  • Preferred Master's degree in same fields.

Fluently spoken and written English.
Languages Preferred
Good command of another IFRC official language (French, Spanish or Arabic).
