Overview
Support Federation-wide and IFRC Secretariat planning and reporting processes, focusing on tracking progress, ensuring compliance, and strengthening accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Federation-wide unified planning and reporting processes.
- Support the coordination of the IFRC Secretariat planning and reporting cycle.
- Monitor the use of the ERP system for planning and reporting processes.
- Track reporting timelines and deliverables across the IFRC Secretariat.
- Support the Coordinator in following up with colleagues to ensure timely submission of plans and reports.
- Contribute to improving planning and reporting processes.
- Undertake additional tasks as required to support Federation-wide planning, monitoring and reporting.
Required Experience
- Experience in Project Management, monitoring and evaluation and / or organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience working in cross-cultural contexts and with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in use of digital tools and platforms (Microsoft environment, data bases and AI powered tools).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or equivalent level, or have graduated recently (normally within 1 year from the date of hiring) in an area that is compatible with the IFRC activities.
- Degree in social sciences, international development, Public Administration, or related discipline.
- Preferred Master's degree in same fields.
