The Senior Programme Management Officer will develop, implement, and evaluate assigned programmes/projects, and provide technical and policy advice on public information and communication issues.
A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, administration or related area is required. Experience providing strategic support to senior officials is required. Experience in supervising the preparation of external communication and public information products is required.
Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in business administration, management, economics, political science, communications or a related field. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
