The Associate Programme Management Officer supports the work of the Chief Executives Board (CEB) Secretariat, facilitating programme development, implementation, and evaluation, and providing substantive support for policy coordination.
A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in project/programme management, administration or related area, is required. Out of the minimum two years of progressively responsible experience in project/programme management, administration or related area, one within the UN system is desirable. Experience in inter-agency coordination is desirable. Experience in the organization of high-level events is desirable.
An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in business administration, management, economics or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
