Overview
This role supports the Director General, BPMSD and staff in designing and implementing HR policies and initiatives, providing policy guidance, reviewing HR guidelines, and supporting case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and advice to senior staff on HR policy initiatives and cases.
- Provide guidance and advice to BPMSD stakeholders in handling staff disputes.
- Review, revise, and manage the approval process of Administrative Orders (AO) and guidelines.
- Contribute to the work on the Internal Justice System and grievance processes.
- Review misconduct cases received from OAI, advise on disciplinary measures.
- Ensure coordination with BPMSD, OAI, and OGC, and manage complex employee relations cases.
- Lead and oversee the processes and applications of Notes Verbale on privileges and immunities.
- Lead and oversee the modernization of work processes and enhancement of knowledge resources.
- Supervise junior staff members.
Required Experience
At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with legal or employment relations or HR experience on public international employment with an international organization.
Qualifications
A University Degree in Law, Human Resources, or relevant fields; preferably at post-graduate level or its equivalent.
