Overview

Support the monitoring, data tracking, data collection, and analysis of CTCN data and activities. Assist in enhancing the development and transfer of climate technologies for developing countries.

Tasks Summary

• Track progress, monitor indicators of impact, and analyze CTCN data and activities using M&E tools and data collection systems
• Collaborate with CTCN teams to identify data tracking and collection gaps and recommend improvements
• Support quality assurance and tracking/collection of M&E related deliverables for technical assistance, capacity building, and knowledge products
• Maintain a repository of programme documents, tools, and knowledge products
• Perform other ad hoc duties

Experience Requirements

Applicants are not required to have professional work experience. A field of study closely related to the internship is required.

Qualification Requirements

University degree (or pursuing advanced degree) in business administration, environmental studies, project management, development studies or related field. Must be a student in the final year of a first university degree (bachelor or equivalent), Master’s or Ph.D. Programme or equivalent, or have completed such a programme. Advanced skills in Excel and other databases (incl. SharePoint).

Remuneration: Interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions.
